After effects element 3d render

I recently worked on an animation project featuring a watch in Maya, But I need to try using After effects and element 3d plugin to reach out ultra realistic output. It has very limitted setting comparing to other high end 3d software like Maya or Cinema 4D but it can do a quick highend outcome. These are the steps I have followed

Let's break down how I did it step by step.

35 mm Camera rendered shot of the watch

1. Slow and Smooth Moves: I wanted the animation to feel calm and smooth, so I made sure everything moved slowly and gracefully. This way, people could really appreciate each detail of the watch. So through out the whole animation, maintained an low tempo and camera lens between 35mm to 80mm

2. Shiny Surfaces and reflection: Making things look shiny and reflective is important for that cinematic vibe. I spent time making sure the watch and its surroundings reflected light in a cool way.

3. Light and Shadows: Light and shadow are like the yin and yang of animation—they work together to make things look realistic. I focused on using light and shadow to add depth and drama to the animation. So Inside Element 3d HDRI lighting (Enviroment) plays the main part for light up scene

4. HDRI Magic: HDRI mapping is a fancy way of saying I used special lighting tricks to make things look more real. By using these techniques, I made the animation look super lifelike.

5. Cool Colors: I picked dark blues to give the animation a modern and classy feel. These colors helped make the watch look even more sleek and stylish.

6. Keeping it Short: The animation was only 20 seconds long. I wanted to keep it short and sweet, so people wouldn't get bored but still get the idea.

In the end, "how-to-get-realistic-render" this project was all about paying attention to the little details. By using techniques like reflections, cool lighting, and HDRI mapping, I was able to make the watch animation look really awesome and sophisticated. It's all about bringing a touch of elegance to the screen, one frame at a time.
